The hotel is recommendable. Location is perfect, in the city centre. The staff is very professional and friendly. Change your cleaning service as they do not show much interest in their job. They did not clean the room and when they did there was hardly any difference, they have not re-supplied water nad tea. Breakfast is good excepot for scrammbled egss - uneatble, weired substance. Good coffee.

We are staying at Mercure Voronezh Center again. The spacious room is clean and comfortable, snow-white bed linen and towels, a few soft pillows, a luxurious blanket, a comfortable wide bed. Great location and free parking. And once again I want to thank the hotel for the opportunity to stay with you with a large dog. For us, this is very, very important! Our golden retriever is a calm, well-mannered, comfortable dog that does not cause any inconvenience to anyone. But many hotels, unfortunately, refuse us the possibility of accommodation with a large pet. We will definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

The hotel has an excellent location just 12 minute walk away from the main railway station (there are two of them in Voronezh). It is very clean and air conditioning works fine, which is very important during the summer when the temperature reaches 40 C. The breakfast was good (a large selection of everything, I even had some fresh cherries)

This is global standard good business hotel. It would be absolutely adequate even for Singapore or Paris. Brand new and clean with decent breakfast and in safe neighborhood inside a massive new business center. The price is also very reasonable. Stuff was professional. They even had a decent bar for a 3 star hotel. If not for the small lobby it felt like a 4 star hotel. I felt like a received a great value for my money.

It’s the second time we are staying at this hotel. We didn’t mind that it wasn’t right in the Centre, because we traveled by car. But still it is fairly close to the city Centre. Other than that, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. With a comfy bed. It has everything you need for a good comfortable stay: slippers, water in the room, toiletries etc. good shower. We also had breakfast in the morning, which had a very good selection. And dinner with drinks in the evening, which was also very nice. Parking is not free, but the price is only 150 rub, which is reasonable I thought. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel especially for a couple. I would also return again if I was to travel via Voronezh. And do not forget to visit a small park behind the hotel it is nice especially during autumn colours
