Very friendly and helpfull staff! Nice view over the city, if you are not afraid of living on the 18th floor. More or less private parking with some security. Quite good shower, better than in most hotels. Location is not too far away from the centre, and there is plenty of public transport.

Better grilled shrimp did not eat anywhere else :) 6. Own free parking 7. Availability of "silent friend" service. Haven't used it myself but read it on the website. Idea for 5+ as for me

Very convenient location of the hotel. Beautiful interior, large and well-groomed territory, free parking. The rooms have everything, including bathrobes and slippers. Reasonably comfortable mattress and pillows. Delicious varied breakfast: buffet and can be ordered additionally from the menu.

Breakfast was very good. Front desk was amazing. They replied to my phone call at two am momentarily. They called taxi for us. They delivered hot tea, they provided the best service possible. Compared to our stay in Carmel by the sea when we paid $400 per night, front desk service in Voronezh is outstanding

It’s the second time we are staying at this hotel. We didn’t mind that it wasn’t right in the Centre, because we traveled by car. But still it is fairly close to the city Centre. Other than that, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. With a comfy bed. It has everything you need for a good comfortable stay: slippers, water in the room, toiletries etc. good shower. We also had breakfast in the morning, which had a very good selection. And dinner with drinks in the evening, which was also very nice. Parking is not free, but the price is only 150 rub, which is reasonable I thought. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel especially for a couple. I would also return again if I was to travel via Voronezh. And do not forget to visit a small park behind the hotel it is nice especially during autumn colours
