Great place to stay! The location is pleasant, you can see the Volga from the restaurant, almost at the entrance to the fish market. The administrators are very charming. We put in advance requested extra pillows. Soap supplies and water were replenished every day, cleaning was thorough. The room is clean, the linen is great. I liked the restaurant very much, the girls brought everything very quickly, waiting 2-4 minutes. Everything with a smile.

Booked the hotel in haste, right before the sudden departure. The reservation was immediately confirmed. The hotel is located in a very atmospheric building, literally a kilometer from the center. There are a lot of cafes nearby with affordable prices. There is also a small free parking in the yard (we did not find it right away, but there is a lot of space around where you can safely park your car). We lived in a double room with twin beds, I liked everything very much. I would like to note very warm blankets =)

Incredible cleanliness of the room and the whole house. very friendly and welcoming hosts. Everything in the room is thought out to the smallest detail. Bed linen is impeccable, mattresses are perfectly firm, towels are better than at home ... And breakfast is just a dream! There is a monastery 100 meters away, from the windows there is just an incredibly beautiful view. In the yard there is a place for rest and a real tandoor! Would love to spend more time here.

The hotel was easy to find. Located in the very center of the city, close to the main attractions. For the first time I met such care for people as left air conditioner, cooling room. We arrived in the evening, it was a very hot day. Many thanks to the staff for their care, it was pleasant to enter the cool room. It was so amazing. We lived in a new building. Everything is clean, pillows and mattress did not cause discomfort. I can’t estimate noise isolation. It seemed to us that no one lived next to us, no one walked along the corridor. I ordered a bathhouse - a small one, but the exit is straight to the river. After the bath - great! The Internet perfectly catches in the restaurant and on the veranda of the restaurant. Round the clock. There are chairs and tables on the veranda - you can combine tea with the Internet. And most importantly, interesting - an agrozoo. Many pets of exotic breeds. Feed them - this is the attraction! Well, mushrooms + fishing. I saw mushrooms, I did not catch fish - I saw fishermen with their catch. The paths on the territory are wooden. The place is magical, such silence and grace! We arrived in the evening, it was drizzling a little, we walked along the well-groomed territory, as if we were in another world. I took a book to read in the library and found answers to my questions. There is beautiful old furniture in the kitchen area, I love this one. In the morning I didn't want to leave, I would have lived there for a week. When my husband left, he noticed that I was quiet, and I had tears in my eyes, the energy was amazing! On the eve we spent the night in another hotel and could not sleep all night, tossed and turned, and then slept like a baby.

Dawn over the water directly from the window of the room (it is worth paying extra for the "sea view" ;-), because from the back side there will be a view of the not very picturesque "village" :)))), the hotel is light, the decor is not popular, but with design claim. By local standards, the hotel restaurant is not well-served. In general, it is quite cozy and modern, especially against the background of the "ancient" Rostov. Great place for runners: the whole st. A suspect without asphalt, straight from the hotel, along the lake along a wide road to the ringing of bells! :-)
