Liked everything. Home is space. The place is cozy and quiet. There is a rustle of birches from the window, and in the morning you can drink coffee on the terrace while everyone is asleep. The lake is close - and there are wooden bridges, and the sunsets are fantastic. For those who are engaged in triathlon - a great place: you can swim in the lake, and run, and ride a bike. And if it is about the house - all the bedrooms are large and beautiful, everywhere there are panoramic windows with a beautiful view, and a kitchen with a huge window (well, a dream!) And wonderful Sasha, who is always in touch, helps, answers questions. We will definitely come back.

Quiet location overlooking the lake. Dawn over the water directly from the window of the room (it is worth paying extra for the "sea view" ;-), because from the back side there will be a view of the not very picturesque "village" :)))), the hotel is light, the decor is not popular, but with design claim. By local standards, the hotel restaurant is not well-served. In general, it is quite cozy and modern, especially against the background of the "ancient" Rostov. Great place for runners: the whole st. A suspect without asphalt, straight from the hotel, along the lake along a wide road to the ringing of bells! :-)

A very beautiful place, amazing nature, clean air, silence, there is a health path passing near the pond with ducks. Near the hotel there are greenhouses where ornamental flowers are grown all year round. Friendly staff. Very nice houses overlooking the forest. The rooms have all the necessary utensils for cooking. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The room has a comfortable bed and a sofa bed. TV with 20 digital channels and internet. Next to the house there is a personal grill. As a gift, we received several types of herbal tea of our own production, we liked it with thyme and raspberries, and upon departure we bought several packages at the reception. We were also treated to delicious raspberries grated with sugar. The territory is guarded, there are no strangers.

Incredible cleanliness of the room and the whole house. very friendly and welcoming hosts. Everything in the room is thought out to the smallest detail. Bed linen is impeccable, mattresses are perfectly firm, towels are better than at home ... And breakfast is just a dream! There is a monastery 100 meters away, from the windows there is just an incredibly beautiful view. In the yard there is a place for rest and a real tandoor! Would love to spend more time here.

Excellent location, chic hotel, excellent staff, delighted with the dinner - everything was sooo tasty, I also liked the service by the waiters. In the evening they celebrated their birthday, there was live music. We rested in a large company, everyone was satisfied. When the rooms were booked, the hotel staff advised the address of the carrier with which they could go to Moscow.

Great place to stay! The location is pleasant, you can see the Volga from the restaurant, almost at the entrance to the fish market. The administrators are very charming. We put in advance requested extra pillows. Soap supplies and water were replenished every day, cleaning was thorough. The room is clean, the linen is great. I liked the restaurant very much, the girls brought everything very quickly, waiting 2-4 minutes. Everything with a smile.

It is solid, well-groomed and clean, everything in it is done with all the heart and conscience, the view of the lake from the window is gorgeous, the owners are always ready to help. There is a lot of space in the kitchen, there is no discomfort from being next to other vacationers; there is always tea, coffee, local Rostov chicory. Separately, I was amazed that drinking water is specially brought from the spring. All household appliances, plumbing - serviceable, new; bed linen, towels - everything is fresh and clean. You can list it for a long time, but a lot of little things are thought out for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The area is calm, the Kremlin is 10 minutes away, "Dixie" is a five minute walk. And yes, the cat is still charming in the house, it does not scratch and lets itself be stroked.

We were here for 3 nights and did not want to leave at all. We rested in a hotel room, next time we will return to the cottage. The sweetest place, the main value of which is the employees. They envelop the guests with such care and attention that you feel like your mother in the country)). You can eat in the same restaurant. The food is delicious, you can order something in advance if you wish. The bathhouse deserves special attention, be sure to go, if you love, you will not regret it. If you are going to fish (and you most likely are going for this), then stock up on everything you need in advance, the nearest fishing store to the base in Breitovo, which does not always have everything.
