This is honestly such a fantastic place. You have the benefit of walking to the sea within 10 minutes or simply making use of the swimming pool on your doorstep which is kept exceptionally clean. The gardens of Kurumba are beautiful, attracting lots of wildlife to create a serene setting. The beds were very comfy and the accomodation is very spacious with all you’d need. The breakfasts were delicious too. Above all the staff were so attentive and friendly, always willing to go that little bit further to ensure you have everything you need. Thank you to all the staff at Kurumba Villas!

The facilities of this hotel are excellent. The management and staff are courteous, friendly and clearly well trained. The swimming pool area forms a wonderful centerpiece to the resort and is well maintained and serviced by the staff. The resort has been integrated well with its natural surroundings with an abundance of birds and other small animals to be seen throughout the property. The property is ideally situated in close walking distance to the main beach, as well as many local shops, restaurants and bars. Our Deluxe Sea View King Bed Room was well appointed, however this could be expected given the rate charged.

View from the 3rd-floor balcony was to die for, food presentation and taste excellent. Great huge lap pool, Balinese massage awesome by Wayan, beautiful beach. Ramesh and Sachin staff members really nice as well as all the staff. Quiet rooms, beautiful nice comfortable sheets. Adequate gym. I can't wait to stay here again. Great value for money! Everything was perfect. Room was big enough and very clean! Room cleaning was daily, thanks for that! The breakfast was good too! Very nice and helpful owner of the villa and his staff! We were with a child and we had a very late flight and the owner allowed us to use the room longer, because of this we had a great long day at the beautiful beach and the opportunity to wash ourselves before a long flight. If I go to Sri-Lanka again, I would definitely stay at this villa.

Excellent accommodation - one of the nicest places we stayed in Sri Lanka. We were in one of the newer apartments which was nicely finished. Good kitchen with everything you'd need. Stunning pool which was very clean and lovely for a dip in the middle of the day when it was hot. Walking distance to the beach and there are some lovely restaurants around the corner. Sumi couldn't have been more helpful with local information and making sure we had everything we needed. Great air conditioning in the room and comfortable bed. Lovely balcony to sit out on and beautifully kept gardens.

Very nice location close to the river and peaceful and quite area, so you can enjoy night sounds and morning sounds from temple nearby. Lal is super friendly and helpful - met us with cold towel and glass of fresh juice. Room is super clean with nice view to the garden, AC is available all time. Also is very cool small private kitchen so you can without problem cook and have coffe/ tea anytime . He allowed even stay longer and wait for our transfer to Kandy! Thank you so much!❤️ I enjoyed my staying here and 100% recommend that place for everyone who travel here!

We were blown away on our family holiday here for 11 days over Christmas. Fernando and his staff could not do enough for us, their cooking was incredible and the property is stunning and clean. Beautiful Bentota beach is less than 10 min walk over the bridge. And Suranga (who is half way across the bridge on the floating pavilion) would pick us up from our jetty in his boat any time and take us to restaurants (Pier 88 was great), jet skiing and river safari. Highly recommended for a group stay!!
