Everything was perfect. Room was big enough and very clean! Room cleaning was daily, thanks for that! The breakfast was good too! Very nice and helpful owner of the villa and his staff! We were with a child and we had a very late flight and the owner allowed us to use the room longer, because of this we had a great long day at the beautiful beach and the opportunity to wash ourselves before a long flight. If I go to Sri-Lanka again, I would definitely stay at this villa.

Quintessential upscale small Sri Lankan beach resort & spa in a magnificent peaceful ocean setting (23 suites). Beautiful spacious suites with unique outdoor bathrooms, private patios to dine & watch exquisite sunsets. One of the most incredibly large infinity pools with stunning views of ocean & miles of undeveloped golden beaches. The spa is tastefully appointed & in harmony with the environment; all treatments outdoors. The dining rooms brings exteriors inside with more breathtaking ocean & sunset views. Delicious food by a significantly well trained kitchen team & very courteous wait staff. I look forward to my return visit.

The rooms, the lawn, the owners, the massage and the beach. The beach is the best I habe ever been to thus far. The breakfast they served was amazing...the spread of fruits. I had passion fruit for the first time in my life here.

A really good Level 1 hotel. The staff was very nice, direct beach access and a la carte restaurant prices where good. Every night they have different entertainment. The pools are clean and its in a very quiet area.

The facilities of this hotel are excellent. The management and staff are courteous, friendly and clearly well trained. The swimming pool area forms a wonderful centerpiece to the resort and is well maintained and serviced by the staff. The resort has been integrated well with its natural surroundings with an abundance of birds and other small animals to be seen throughout the property. The property is ideally situated in close walking distance to the main beach, as well as many local shops, restaurants and bars. Our Deluxe Sea View King Bed Room was well appointed, however this could be expected given the rate charged.

We liked the beauty of the location and the hospitality of Lana and her team. Lana was an excellent hostess and made us feel very welcome and well looked after. Nothing was too much for her. The breakfast was excellent and the meals in the evenings as well. The room was very spacious with a beautiful sea view. We loved every minute of our 7 day stay and would love to come back one day. I liked the location and superb view from the window. This resort has the advantage of its location where you can see and enjoy the river on one side and the sea on the other. There are some activities even in this pandemic time you can do, like water sports, gym and swimming.

View from the 3rd-floor balcony was to die for, food presentation and taste excellent. Great huge lap pool, Balinese massage awesome by Wayan, beautiful beach. Ramesh and Sachin staff members really nice as well as all the staff. Quiet rooms, beautiful nice comfortable sheets. Adequate gym. I can't wait to stay here again. Great value for money!
