This is probably the most amazing resort I have ever stayed in! The pool area, the beautiful rooms, the beautiful beach.. everything! The staff here had world class customer service, we loved everyone we had the chance to talk to, so friendly and so helpful. The restaurants are incredible too! We will definitely be back! The facilities of this hotel are excellent. The management and staff are courteous, friendly and clearly well trained. The swimming pool area forms a wonderful centerpiece to the resort and is well maintained and serviced by the staff. The resort has been integrated well with its natural surroundings with an abundance of birds and other small animals to be seen throughout the property. The property is ideally situated in close walking distance to the main beach, as well as many local shops, restaurants and bars. Our Deluxe Sea View King Bed Room was well appointed, however this could be expected given the rate charged.

We came to the hotel around 5:30am with 3 kids and they managed early check in. Also we requested late check out instead of 12:00 to have at 15:30 and it was also arranged. Thank you so much for that. Staff were nice, helpful. Pool and ocean we + kids enjoyed a lot. Location is also nice. Really recommendation.

A really good Level 1 hotel. The staff was very nice, direct beach access and a la carte restaurant prices where good. Every night they have different entertainment. The pools are clean and its in a very quiet area.
