The location is amazing, by the most beautiful, endless beaches and wonderful lagoon. The pool is peaceful and there's plenty of space to chill. The restaurant offered good choice and fair value given that there were few outside options. Peaceful location within a 10 min tuk tuk ride from tangalle.

It is a peaceful area with the nicest and loneliest beach we have seen during our trip to Sri Lanka. Don and his wife are so friendly hosts. Don took us to Unawalawe national park so we could do an amazing safari. Furthermore he organized a boat for seeing birds at the lagune. The rooms are very new as Don opened them last year. Breakfast was delicous. Bed was verycomfortable. All in all we enjoyed our stay a lot. Thank you very much Don!

Everything. Food was delicious and well priced. Villas were amazing. Couldn’t fault them. Spacious, cool, and clean. The beds were comfy and so was the bench couch. They had movie night every night on the open terrace rooftop if you wanted to sit and watch with a cocktail, or even food! Right on the beach and with the minimal number of villas, 5 I think it was, it was peaceful and relaxing, with not too much noise. Tania and her staff are lovely and very attentive. Happy to organise anything to make your stay as relaxing and carefree as possible. Definitely recommend to anyone going or if we should go back again!

The staff are fabulously friendly and welcoming without ever being anyway invasive. The rooms are a dream , really big, modern with a very comfy bed, the pool is gorgeous, WiFI works everywhere- even at the beach ! and it is fast- really fast !!. Communication with the owners was easy, they tried to help in any way ! It’s a wonderful place and don’t forget to order the seafood platter, it is a dream ! They also offer good wines at very reasonalble prices....we will return next year for a longer stay , for sure ! Unbeatable value for money....

We booked this villa with no reviews and were slightly skeptical as to whether or not this place was going to offer what it promised. Upon arrival, we were absolutely blown away by the beautiful architecture and furniture that filled this modern and seamless villa. We were greeted by the friendly staff with smoothies and a refreshing cold flannel, whereupon they set up our room and informed us of our lovely upgrade to the master suite. Due to the recent opening of the villa, word hadn’t quite got out about this place and we were incredibly lucky to have the place to ourselves for three nights. It was a beautiful and serene place to spend our holiday, waited on hand and foot, trips and taxis organised for us, and some of the most delicious seafood we had ever had. Breakfast was included and lunch and dinner cost approx £7 each plate. We bought our own spirits as they were unable to provide these but they made these up for us whenever we wanted. Cheap beer, wine, soft drinks, coffee and tea were all available for purchase. The rooms were spacious and cleaned twice daily. The beds were extremely comfy + they had mosquito nets. The views are breathtaking and it only takes 30 seconds to walk to the beautiful and (barely) untouched beach. There isn’t much else around within walking distance, (which we loved) so taxis are really the only way to get around. I would like to emphasise how attentive, professional and friendly the staff were, nothing was too much trouble and they really did go above and beyond what we would expect from staff. We shall be coming back next year with a party of 12, so we can have the villa again to ourselves! Thanks, James & Ruby

The breakfast were good, the staff were lovely, the pool was great, you walk straight out onto the beach but can't swim in it because there are too many big waves here, you have to go to a different part of the beach to swim, even then very big waves big waves. There are three or four beach restaurants within a few minutes walk which is nice and if you walk back along the beach or road for about 15 minutes you start to reach the slightly busier part of the beach with a few more places to eat and drink.

The hotel is amazing with a really nice staff. The room are really comfortable. We enjoyed a morning walk on the beach below our room... The breakfast was amazing and they kindly prepared a diner that was waiting for us in our room. The driving to reach the place is not easy but you should not stop to this aspect to book a room there!
