The hotel is walking distance from the Fisherman’s village, which is very convenient for shopping, eating and visiting. The spa was very nice with a relaxing atmosphere and stress releasing massages. The hotel has its own beach and the pool was very nice. We very much appreciated the happy hour cocktails as well.

We were very happy about the experience in Mandarava. We read that many complain about the distance from the resort to the city; however, we liked it as it is only 10 minute walk. For people that find walking rather complicated, this might be a problem, but there are shuttles from the resort to the city. The staff was very nice and helpful, the breakfast was very rich of options, the gym had all the needed equipment, the restaurant in the resort was really good (better than options available in the city). What we really liked was that each building has only 4 rooms (two in one floor and two in the second floor). As such, the was much privacy and calmness. Also, since the resort is rather big, you do not feel that there are much people, except in the breakfast and around pool. But since there are 5 pools, there is always a place by pool.

Super accommodating staff.. felt like "your wish is my command" type of service. The manager "Mohamed" personally planned our stay and gave top notch restaurants recommendations both at the Ritz and throughout the island. I travelled with teenagers and a 6 year old and we all had a great time. The spa pool is a perfect hideaway and it is quite big. The hotel is new with contemporary interiors which is very important to me!

Location for a quiet getaway was fantastic. The villas was on a quiet beach and the place was clean and comfy. The evening barbeque was lovely. The best massages available at the resort. I regret not getting a massage everyday .

Everything was perfect. Once you arrived, they provide a refreshment juice and cold towels. The room is clean and comfortable. Kids loved the pool and the kids clube activities. Gym has more than what you need to use during vacation. You have to try the beef burger at sand box restaurant. There is a shuttle to/ from the plaza near the resort. A bit far from Patong Beach and malls ( around 45 minutes). The concierge can plan your vacation easily. Highly recommended place.

Rather big hotel built in a Thai style which makes it very nice. Rooms and villas surrounded by a beautiful garden. One swimming pool on the beach with a very nice view and the other in the middle of the hotel with green garden around it. We had a deluxe room which was a large room with bath and shower also a confortable terrace. We had monkeys passing by our terrace in the morning. We arrived with a private long tail boat on west beach and left with public long tail on east beach. The hotel proposed transport but we organized it ourselves. We had a very promotion price due to COVID so we consider we had a really good price/service ratio. The breakfast was probably not the usual one but decent for the price. We tried the restaurant but we did not particularly appreciate, not an issue as there were still a few restaurants open in the walking street.

Excellent service, kind staffs, family friendly . They gave surprised birthday cake and bed greetings. The staff also provided free extra bed for kids and late check out. Breakfast was good. Perfect place for exploring Phiphi or Similan day trip driving from there. Our 4 days flew fast we didn’t want to leave. Will definitely come back again.

I love the property - how luxe and expansive and dynamic it is, with a beautiful pond, lotus flowers, with the hills in the back, all rooms located nicely all over the hillside, then to the ocean side, the pool and the beach all connect in such harmonious ways. The hospitality of the property was wonderful. All of the staffs are extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Cleaning service was done so efficiently and considerately away from you being in the villa. It was really thoughtful for them to come and right before nightfall and put down the insect curtains and put them up during the day. The restaurant was great overall and the breakfast was included for our stay by the same kitchen. They also have an event of sorts every night of the week, keeping the guests entertained throughout!

I really like the service mind of hotel staffs as they are very kind, polite and helpful. Room and other facilities are super clean. Bed are pillows are pretty comfy. Food is also very tasty. Incredible value for money for a 5-star pool villa with beautiful views. The private pool was lovely, as were the pools elsewhere in the property. The hotel has a well-equipped and spacious gym which was excellent. A short walk from the hotel is a quiet public beach with excellent swimming and some cheaper restaurants.

This is prime location on Ao Nang beach, we stayed in the cheaper / older rooms which are perfectly functional, but could do with a little renovation. The two pools are good too with shallow/deep end; slide, nets and balls for games, large jacuzzis under custom-made shade. Water bucket climbing frame could do with a bit of maintenance too. Breakfast variety is good, served in a large open air area facing the sea.

Excellant hotel, just a few meters from Kata Noi beach, a very nice, clean beach with fine grain sand and fantastic to swim and snorcel. Hotel personal very friendly and always helpfull! Incredible villa ("InLove") with 100% seaview, panoramic pool, perfect terrasse (sundown side), very spacious, excellent bed and bathroom. Perfect, no other word would be right! Very good breakfest, had dinner at the 2 restaurants, also very friendly stuff and very good food and wine! 100% recommanded!!

Facilities for kids: 3 different swimming pools, incl one with giant slide, and the kids club. Location: beachfront and right after the city center, so not too lively. Room: just what you would expect for the chain, complete and well maintained. Breakfast: wide variety and tasty. But the highest appreciation should goes to the hotel staff, for being very hospitable and responsive. We came during long weekend (fully booked, cramped with families), but they managed to handle it very well, from the check in process, prompt car valet, luggage handling, swimming pool amenities, room service up to breakfast.

Worth every penny. I can’t even begin to explain how welcoming and amazing the staff were they made our stay wonderful. The activists they had in the property were enough to make you stay the whole time in the resort. One thing i have to mention that i found extraordinary was all the staff no matter where we were in the resort knew our names and it just felt like were the only ones there. They gave all their guest attention.
