Awesome Hotel surrounded by beautiful nature. We loved our beachfront cottage with outside shower. Service was excellent! Due to the missing tourists in Thailand, the menu was limited, but didn’t loose its quality and variety. We loved the apple crumble with self made vanilla sauce. Our kids were sad when we left, so our next stay is granted!

I liked almost everything. I went for Father's Day with my son, The allure was admission to the water park. We wanted maximum time for the park so we got there early. The staff was very professional and most importantly accommodating for an early check in. The bell staff was prompt and polite. The room was beyond my expectation. Nicely appointed(I just had a standard King Room) and just about everything inside the room was great. Bed was comfy and the bathroom had a very nice shower and good water flow. Good furniture in the room which was comfortable as well and nice chairs on the balcony. I liked the pool which of course was beautiful with that view. Easy wifi and seemed to have sufficient channels on the TV but I never watch TV in a hotel. A very enjoyable experience which made my Fathers Day a happy one.

Staff are friendly and helpful. They are very attentive to our needs, always serve with a smile. The room is cleaned very well. Furnitures are still new. Nice beach and pool area. Water is clear enough at the beach. We enjoyed the garden area. It’s a nice spot to take pictures. Food was good, and good variety of cocktails to choose from. We enjoyed our stay here, especially hanging out by the pool and beach.

The resort is very new and when we were there it was not crowded at all - quite the opposite, felt almost private. 5 mins drive from the ferry. Staff super nice, always with a smile, especially the breakfast staff and reception. The infinity pool was the best feature, 2 days we had it only for ourselves. Spacious enough to swim in and very serene. Make sure you visit the nearby pizzeria Mamma mia, one of the best pizzas in my life which says something in Asia.

Justyna and Gregory were the perfect hosts. They came to collect us and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They even organised a surprise massage and bottle of bubbly with my Sister for a xmas present. The view from the villas is spectacular. This is quite an expensive place to stay in Koh Tao but if you want an unforgettable experience then it’s worth every penny! We loved it!

We were very happy about the experience in Mandarava. We read that many complain about the distance from the resort to the city; however, we liked it as it is only 10 minute walk. For people that find walking rather complicated, this might be a problem, but there are shuttles from the resort to the city. The staff was very nice and helpful, the breakfast was very rich of options, the gym had all the needed equipment, the restaurant in the resort was really good (better than options available in the city). What we really liked was that each building has only 4 rooms (two in one floor and two in the second floor). As such, the was much privacy and calmness. Also, since the resort is rather big, you do not feel that there are much people, except in the breakfast and around pool. But since there are 5 pools, there is always a place by pool.

The room was beautiful and the pool connected to the room was just incredible!! I had so much fun staying here! I watched the gorgeous sunset while lying in the pool, which was really special. I also really really liked the hotel's diving center- It was so much more intimate and relaxed then the large schools in town. I love love the people, the service - they truly made the effort that deserve every respect, appreciation from everyone. So, cant be overrated - the wonderful service and staff. I love the property - how luxe and expansive and dynamic it is, with a beautiful pond, lotus flowers, with the hills in the back, all rooms located nicely all over the hillside, then to the ocean side, the pool and the beach all connect in such harmonious ways. Just love it.

The hotel has a well-equipped and spacious gym which was excellent. A short walk from the hotel is a quiet public beach with excellent swimming and some cheaper restaurants.

Restaurant had good view and nice indoor/outdoor seats; food was reasonable; breakfast option was a bit limited, but taste was good. Beach has nice sunset view but not wave is a bit strong. SPA was good.

This hotel was perfect! Perfect location to 1nimman and all the bars you would want to go to. The staff are amazing, we got a free upgrade because the room we originally booked was unavailable. Our suite was clean, with a very comfortable bed and a gorgeous balcony view. Bathroom had a shower and a bathtub. The restaurants nearby are delicious, with a mini night market at the base of the hotel for some good food offerings. Additionally, it is across the Maya shopping center which was nice to visit.

The whole family including two teenagers and a 7-year old absolutely loved this resort! We had a villa facing the pool and the sea. The house was spacious, elegant, well kept and clean. We had every meal at the restaurant (tried a neigbouring place but it was not the same top quality) and everything is cooked with fresh, ingridients and a lot of flavours and love. The whole staff from the manager, chef and everyone else are the nicest and and most helpful people. Although a very stylish hotel they create a warm and friendly atmosphere. We had so much help with little things like picking up snacks for the kids and getting rides to do some shopping - so the quiet environment only felt like a bonus. Good pool and stand up boards and kayaks are for free - so there are no problem filling the days without actually leaving the resort.

The villa was beautiful with all the amenities one would want from this type of villa. The host was very friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The property is very high up a steep track so not great for walking to amenities but a free shuttle is available on demand with a bit of notice. We had a great stay.
