Located on Koh Chang island, Koh Chang Kacha Resort has 2 outdoor pools, 2 restaurants, a beach bar and a pool bar. Free parking is provided. Free Wi-Fi is available in the lobby. Rooms at Kacha Resort feature a private terrace with garden views. Each has a cable TV, mini-bar and safety deposit box. Get a massage at Majesty Spa, play soccer on the beach, or work out in the fitness room. Recreational activities include jungle and elephant treks and scuba diving. Other facilities include a tour desk. Kacha Restaurant serves daily breakfast from 07:00-10:00 and Italian cuisine for dinner. Vegetarian dishes are also available. Rather big hotel built in a Thai style which makes it very nice. Rooms and villas surrounded by a beautiful garden. One swimming pool on the beach with a very nice view and the other in the middle of the hotel with green garden around it. We had a deluxe room which was a large room with bath and shower also a confortable terrace. We had monkeys passing by our terrace in the morning. We arrived with a private long tail boat on west beach and left with public long tail on east beach. The hotel proposed transport but we organized it ourselves. We had a very promotion price due to COVID so we consider we had a really good price/service ratio. The breakfast was probably not the usual one but decent for the price. We tried the restaurant but we did not particularly appreciate, not an issue as there were still a few restaurants open in the walking street.

Everything was perfect. Once you arrived, they provide a refreshment juice and cold towels. The room is clean and comfortable. Kids loved the pool and the kids clube activities. Gym has more than what you need to use during vacation. You have to try the beef burger at sand box restaurant. There is a shuttle to/ from the plaza near the resort. A bit far from Patong Beach and malls ( around 45 minutes). The concierge can plan your vacation easily. Highly recommended place.

Outstanding property with excellent trained staff and fantastic facilities. Club room experiences and Barai spa will be something which will make you want to go back again and again. Fabulous location on a clean and less crowded beach, exotic food and with walking access of weekend markets. One of the best holiday experiences you can possibly have.

All of the staff I interacted with spoke good English. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of foods. The coffee (espresso) was also very good. The evening meal was of high quality, with excellent service. A lot of activities for kids to perform. Comfortable large room.. modern & good design. Clean & new. Sea view.. with real beach access. Great Steak house..
