We had an incredible stay!! We enjoyed the morning views with a freshly made coffee, from the in room coffee machine, and fruit from the local fruit stall. I stayed here 6 nights with my girlfriend in November and we really loved this hotel! The hotel is clean and tidy ( they clean everyday ) and actually a newly built hotel. We received a better room than we booked for so that was our first really good impression. The staff is really wonderful and friendly. The food is really delicious and in European way the food is not expensive at all ( if you already live in Thailand then you know you can get cheaper food outside of course ). But anyway we ate most of the times at the restaurant and it was really yummy and the staff was always fast, polite and helpful. If you finish with one plate they already took it ( in Thailand it’s not an usual thing ). When we went out to the pool and there were few mosquitoes immediately Oy gave us cream for that. And if you have a nice day then from the hotel the sunset is really beautiful. Thanks for all the staff that you made us holiday perfect! Special thanks for Piao , Tu , Oy , June , Sit and the ladies at the reception! We would definitely spend more days here an other time!

Worth every penny. I can’t even begin to explain how welcoming and amazing the staff were they made our stay wonderful. The activists they had in the property were enough to make you stay the whole time in the resort. One thing i have to mention that i found extraordinary was all the staff no matter where we were in the resort knew our names and it just felt like were the only ones there. They gave all their guest attention.

The whole family including two teenagers and a 7-year old absolutely loved this resort! We had a villa facing the pool and the sea. The house was spacious, elegant, well kept and clean. We had every meal at the restaurant (tried a neigbouring place but it was not the same top quality) and everything is cooked with fresh, ingridients and a lot of flavours and love. The whole staff from the manager, chef and everyone else are the nicest and and most helpful people. Although a very stylish hotel they create a warm and friendly atmosphere. We had so much help with little things like picking up snacks for the kids and getting rides to do some shopping - so the quiet environment only felt like a bonus. Good pool and stand up boards and kayaks are for free - so there are no problem filling the days without actually leaving the resort.

This is prime location on Ao Nang beach, we stayed in the cheaper / older rooms which are perfectly functional, but could do with a little renovation. The two pools are good too with shallow/deep end; slide, nets and balls for games, large jacuzzis under custom-made shade. Water bucket climbing frame could do with a bit of maintenance too. Breakfast variety is good, served in a large open air area facing the sea.

The hotel is located on the most beautiful spot of Huahin beach and there are loads of activities you can do on the beach like getting 300/hr thai massage or renting a jetski. My dog enjoyed walking on the fliffy sand. The decoration is great and you’ll have tons of photo spots for your instagram post. Oh and there are so many room types for you to choose too.

I really like the service mind of hotel staffs as they are very kind, polite and helpful. Room and other facilities are super clean. Bed are pillows are pretty comfy. Food is also very tasty. The overall experience was amazing. We stayed here during the low season which was good for us. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The rooms were great and the view of the Andaman from our room and the sound of the waves coming ashore was amazing. Breakfast was a variety of Asian dishes, fresh fruits, an egg station, bacon, coffee, juices which was delicious. The crew is constantly cleaning the grounds, the pool and the trash that washes ashore which is unfortunate but it didn’t hamper our experience. The front desk staff can also make tour reservations, shuttles, and taxis in and out of Ko Lanta.

We had a romantic chalet with view of the bay and it was like a paradise location for us. Everything from pick up at pier to welcome at hotel was perfect. The staff were great, 5 room cleaners, free afternoon tea delivered and the pool guy was brilliant. We snorkelled everyday over the underwater shipwreck in front of the place which was one of the best spots on the island. Short walk to town across the beach but far enough away to be quiet. The swimming pools are gorgeous. We will stay there again.

We had use of golf buggies to transport us between our room and the lobby, although the walk back down the steps was beautiful. If you keep an eye out you might see squirrels in the trees. The sunset views from our back yard were amazing and the pool temperatures were perfect. The food was great and non-alcoholic drinks from the minibar were also complimentary. The staff were very attentative and even arranged for a vehicle to pick us up from a nearby restaurant without us having to ask. There were no issues with mosquitoes and the rooms were kept very clean.

I would stay at this resort (but specifically the ocean villa) without hesitation. We live in Koh Samui, and this island and resort will be second home. Great job owners !!!!!!

Awesome Hotel surrounded by beautiful nature. We loved our beachfront cottage with outside shower. Service was excellent! Due to the missing tourists in Thailand, the menu was limited, but didn’t loose its quality and variety. We loved the apple crumble with self made vanilla sauce. Our kids were sad when we left, so our next stay is granted!

Super accommodating staff.. felt like "your wish is my command" type of service. The manager "Mohamed" personally planned our stay and gave top notch restaurants recommendations both at the Ritz and throughout the island. I travelled with teenagers and a 6 year old and we all had a great time. The spa pool is a perfect hideaway and it is quite big. The hotel is new with contemporary interiors which is very important to me!

The resort is very new and when we were there it was not crowded at all - quite the opposite, felt almost private. 5 mins drive from the ferry. Staff super nice, always with a smile, especially the breakfast staff and reception. The infinity pool was the best feature, 2 days we had it only for ourselves. Spacious enough to swim in and very serene. Make sure you visit the nearby pizzeria Mamma mia, one of the best pizzas in my life which says something in Asia.

Staff was super helpful, responded to all our needs and made our way back to the pier, bags etc very easy. We stayed in three different villas and its hard to choose which one we liked better. All are special, well designed and have everything you need. Location is great, and if you like Freediving and snorkeling you can just swim from the village and with a bit of luck encounter numerous black tip sharks and turtles. For baby sharks go early morning. Make sure the sea is calm, avoid going into the water on rainy/windy days with big waves.

Our room was just spectacular right on the beach and the staff set up a table on our terrace so we could eat our breakfast there every morning. The staff at the resort were just brilliant they were very attentive and nothing was to hard for them we also attended Xmas Eve dinner and they all made this a memorable night for us. Yes it’s a great location and hotel but the staff is what made it a very memorable trip for us and for that reason we will be back.

This hotel was amazing, one of the best I have ever stayed in! The beach was stunning with paddle boards and swings to enjoy. The restaurant food was lovely and the service was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble! Massive thank you to the waiter I’m not sure on his name, he was from Burma) who made each experience at the restaurant that little bit better! The rooms were very modern with everything you could need including Netflix on the TV! We will most definitely be back, thank you Cabin

Great rooms and super friendly staff. Really love the location which is walking distance from Fisherman's Village where there are great restaurants. Lovely room, great service from bubbly happy staff. Fantastic breakfast. Lots of little touches that make this a lovely place to visit.

This is an absolute gem for the price. Rooms are simple but large and very clean with some lovely touches, and the resort area is private with a lovely private (stony) beach to sit and have a drink away from the louder main beach. Very conveniently situated - walking distance to the town with plenty of eating options, and the main beach. Also the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and helped us out with several things while we stayed there including confirming our onwards travel in Thai.
