The room was lovely and large with a nice balcony and a beautiful view. Breakfast was excellent. Rooftop pool was gorgeous(but cold!). Restaurant served good food and there were plenty of other places around if you wanted to go out to eat. Staff were fantastic.

All Staff are well trained, very helpful, service minded, polite and enthusiastic. Lobby provides coffee and some drinks. Solid rules for covid-19 precaution implementation by the hotel is very impressive, we feel safe during our stay. Van service is nice, the driver(s) are on time as requested and always wearing face mask as well as other staff. Although swimming pool was closed, we still had a good time at sea view lounge, so, it wasn’t bad.

Swimming pool is world class. Several pools, tons of lifeguards, clean, well designed and fantastic for kids and families. Plus tons of beds so no worries finding one. The lobby, rooms and general aura of the hotel look great and it really is impressive.
