We had use of golf buggies to transport us between our room and the lobby, although the walk back down the steps was beautiful. If you keep an eye out you might see squirrels in the trees. The sunset views from our back yard were amazing and the pool temperatures were perfect. The food was great and non-alcoholic drinks from the minibar were also complimentary. The staff were very attentative and even arranged for a vehicle to pick us up from a nearby restaurant without us having to ask. There were no issues with mosquitoes and the rooms were kept very clean.

The Belmond Napasai Koh Samui Staff were amazing! Thank you very much for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. The drivers who picked/dropped us off at the airport, and took us to various destinations were all professional and courteous. My wife and I really appreciate the unpretentious hospitality the front desk personnel showed us. Algen and Ann made sure our needs were always taken care of. The staff at the restaurant esp. Aoy and Nit were equally warm and attentive. Khun Lek was always there to make sure we always have what we needed. We wish our stay was longer, but we will be back! Thank you everyone!!

Worth every penny. I can’t even begin to explain how welcoming and amazing the staff were they made our stay wonderful. The activists they had in the property were enough to make you stay the whole time in the resort. One thing i have to mention that i found extraordinary was all the staff no matter where we were in the resort knew our names and it just felt like were the only ones there. They gave all their guest attention.

The hospitality of the property was wonderful. All of the staffs are extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Cleaning service was done so efficiently and considerately away from you being in the villa. It was really thoughtful for them to come and right before nightfall and put down the insect curtains and put them up during the day. The restaurant was great overall and the breakfast was included for our stay by the same kitchen. They also have an event of sorts every night of the week, keeping the guests entertained throughout!
