Facilities for kids: 3 different swimming pools, incl one with giant slide, and the kids club. Location: beachfront and right after the city center, so not too lively. Room: just what you would expect for the chain, complete and well maintained. Breakfast: wide variety and tasty. But the highest appreciation should goes to the hotel staff, for being very hospitable and responsive. We came during long weekend (fully booked, cramped with families), but they managed to handle it very well, from the check in process, prompt car valet, luggage handling, swimming pool amenities, room service up to breakfast.

The pool area is lovely. The staff where all really nice. The location is great. Close to the weekend market. I also enjoyed the take 5 bar selling UK style Indian food Sawadee massage and the laundrette facing the hotel washed ironed and folded all our clothes for a really cheap price. I would return to the hotel

The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. It was quiet and serene and rooms were classy and comfortable, so we were able to really relax there. The staff was very accommodating to our needs and desires, and extremely friendly. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, and they were even considerate enough to prepare separate hot vegan meals for every single morning for two of us that were vegan. The hotel is a few minute walking distance from the beach and from the night market area, so the location is great too. Overall it was an amazing experience and we would totally recommend staying there!
