Every detail of my stay was excellent -- this is simply the best hotel I've stayed at in Tunisia! My junior suite was enormous and spotlessly clean. I appreciated luxe touches like the fancy bath salts, local textiles and artwork, complimentary fruit and chocolates, and well-stocked minibar. Service was excellent -- everyone was very attentive and observed COVID-19 social distancing guidelines. The hotel location is fantastic -- just a five minute walk from all the shopping and action in the Medina but tucked away on a quiet street. Loved getting dinner/cocktails on the rooftop -- one of the best views in the Medina! The spa and hammam were also spacious and beautiful.

Location is great, staff is helpful, clean and spacious suites (got a free upgrade :)). They managed to find me a shuttle to the airport despite the curfew due to the pandemic. Everything was perfect. I will definitely stay again in that hotel!

Amazing hotel, extremly friendly staff ( reception, pool, beach, room service, restaurant and Spa) Everyone was helpful and smilling :) Amazed by the hotel surprise of bringing the tunisian star "imen cherif" to entertain the guests, it was an amazing night.. Would definately come back to the hotel and spend more time there. Thank you everyone

The hotel is a new hotel clean and nice. The staff are extremely polite and friendly. It was off seasons so the hotel was not full. The front office desk upgraded my room from Deluxe or Turkish Bath. TheRoom to Suite room. It was very nice of them.
