Amazing hotel, extremly friendly staff ( reception, pool, beach, room service, restaurant and Spa) Everyone was helpful and smilling :) Amazed by the hotel surprise of bringing the tunisian star "imen cherif" to entertain the guests, it was an amazing night.. Very nice room with a balcony that looked to the pool and the sea. WiFi worked well. Quiet clean and comfortable room. Location close to the historical Medina. Great value in the off season.

I loved the hotel. I stayed there two years back at opening time and what impressed me is that the quality has not changed. It’s still a high standard hotel in terms or service and cleanliness. Very good, tasty and diversified breakfast (not simple in time of COVID-19).

This is a good hotel suitable for families with children as there is a small aquapark and animation team. In the morning children from kid's club are riding the banana boat for free - they like it very much! The territory is large and very very green - it is pleasant walking around, the beech is also nice and wide, there is a good beech bar with nice view where we often took tasty iced coffee - it was great! Also the hotel navigation is very very good - it is convenient, clear and clever. All zones made in such a way that it is easy to find the way and to get to the place you want.
