Every detail of my stay was excellent -- this is simply the best hotel I've stayed at in Tunisia! My junior suite was enormous and spotlessly clean. I appreciated luxe touches like the fancy bath salts, local textiles and artwork, complimentary fruit and chocolates, and well-stocked minibar. Service was excellent -- everyone was very attentive and observed COVID-19 social distancing guidelines. The hotel location is fantastic -- just a five minute walk from all the shopping and action in the Medina but tucked away on a quiet street. Loved getting dinner/cocktails on the rooftop -- one of the best views in the Medina! The spa and hammam were also spacious and beautiful.

I loved the hotel. I stayed there two years back at opening time and what impressed me is that the quality has not changed. It’s still a high standard hotel in terms or service and cleanliness. Very good, tasty and diversified breakfast (not simple in time of COVID-19).

Absolutely beautiful hotel right in the centre of the Medina with excellent and courteous staff. The hamman experience was so relaxing with a lovely masseuse. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which was probably one of the best ones we had throughout our time in Tunisia. Although tucked away in the alleys of the Medina, it was worthwhile finding the beauty of the hotel comparable to exploring the Bardo Museum. Strong wifi access throughout. Highly, highly recommend!!
