I have been in this hotel several times before, each time the experience is very good. They have large, clean and light rooms. The hotel itself is located in the park area, so the air near it is very clean. Also, this hotel has very pleasant staff, they are always ready to help. I was staying this time during new years eve, got a bottle of prosecco as a NY surprise :)

Staff are nice and friendly. Manger was a really nice lady, will do anything to help. Most staff speak English pretty well, so no communication problems. Fantastic breakfast with a big choice! On-Site Restaurant is very impressive. The food is outstanding and great value. I knew the location was a little bit out of the way, but a taxi/Uber is so cheap (approx £3.50 into central Kiev). So staying here is a good idea if you want high-standards for a low price. Central Kiev hotels are very low standard at this price.

Very supportive, friendly crew. Nice menu selection in a local restaurant, good food, prices are considerably low (guests have discount). Good breakfast. Hotel has local SPA with Sauna and Massages, but at a time I was staying - it was not "immediately available". Fast Wifi internet Link. Well furnished apartments, good working spacious shower cabin. Good water supply. Ironing board and normal modern Iron (with a steam jet) is available in a corridor - to take it to Your room and prepare Your closes. I had a great stay here, thanks to the Hotel, all was Appropriate !

The hotel was amazing. Very clean, calm and cozy. It's situated a few minutes away from metro-station and to the city-center. The whole hotel-complex is amazing, with a nice garden, friendly staff and coffee for free. I can highly recommend this hotel to everyone who's visiting Kiev!

Recently stayed at this hotel and everything was awesome. Especially I liked the balcony with beautiful view of the garden, where everything was very tasty and the service was top notch. Location is a bit far from downtown but 10 min trip by taxi is ok and cheap. The owner Oksana was very kind and friendly and speaks excellent English. I'll definitely stay here on my next visit to Kiev.
