I have been in this hotel several times before, each time the experience is very good. They have large, clean and light rooms. The hotel itself is located in the park area, so the air near it is very clean. Also, this hotel has very pleasant staff, they are always ready to help. I was staying this time during new years eve, got a bottle of prosecco as a NY surprise :)

The staff from the front counter to the restaurant to the service providers were all excellent with great customer service! The facility and spa is amazing, the food is excellent and the people are friendly. We will definitely come back again in the future and stay longer than 2 days next time!

Staff are nice and friendly. Manger was a really nice lady, will do anything to help. Most staff speak English pretty well, so no communication problems. Fantastic breakfast with a big choice! On-Site Restaurant is very impressive. The food is outstanding and great value. I knew the location was a little bit out of the way, but a taxi/Uber is so cheap (approx £3.50 into central Kiev). So staying here is a good idea if you want high-standards for a low price. Central Kiev hotels are very low standard at this price.

The customer service was amazing the food and shisha of I really liked. I the view was really nice from the restaurants. Breakfast was amazing. I really loved the people at the front desk and breakfast I will surely come back for such lovely people
