This is my fourth time staying with Bursa and every time I’m in Kyiv I don’t even consider any other hotels. Everything about this property is amazing. The hotel is located in the historic part of the city and the city center is within the walking distance. Even though Bursa has an outstanding restaurant, you can find any type of cuisine somewhere around the corner. The breakfast deserves a separate mentioning. The hotel offers an all you can eat breakfast from the restaurant located on the ground flour. You can choose any position from their regular restaurant menu and I can say with a high confidence that the breakfast can easily compete with all top breakfasts served in the city. The rooms are spacious, light and modern with a very comfortable bed. The hotel staff is polite and helpful. The price might look higher than the average in the city but it is fully justifiable. Long story short - highly recommended.

Everything including everything was perfect. My wife had a birthday and every single staff member went out of their way to help making it the perfect experience, which it was. From lobby, elevators to room , swimming pool, the restaurant and of course, the cherry on top, the room itself, everything was squeaky clean and beautiful- pure perfection. The professional English speaking kind, positive personal was one of a kind. From all top 5 luxury stars hotels i visited around around the world including las vegas, Los Angeles, Amsterdam , London And so on, this hotel and experience was in the top 2.

I used the 24/7 gym. It was very small but it had all of the necessary equipment for a good workout, and I was all alone for most of the time. I loved the location next to the Gulliver Mall. I had a large variety of nearby restaurants and a short walking distance to Khreshchatyk. I was on the 22nd floor. The view wasn't incredibly impressive, but that was not a horrible negative. The only issue that I had with the room set up, was the lighting. The bathroom and shower were in a closed off partition with a sliding door, partitioned away from the sink. There wasn't a partition separating the sink and sleeping area. Unfortunately whenever I would wake up at night to use the bathroom and I would turn on the bathroom lights, it would also partially light the bedroom area. This was uncomfortable for my fiancee who was sleeping and me turning the lights on would wake her up. That is my only observation that I believe should be addressed. Other than that, I give my overall experience a 10.

Very comfortable hotel where modern interior meets the classic details such as elegant telephones in the rooms. Very good food and fantastic staff/room service! Receptionists were always helpful and all the staff very proffessional. I loved the location in the heart of Podil and being over ”Funikuljer” was a lovely experience. I didn’t report the staff about a group of noisy guests on one of the nights, maybe I should have. Otherwise everything was perfect! :)

The room was spacious, had a nice view and, in addition, had a couple of small tables which were extremely useful for a remote work and for eating in the lock-down conditions. Breakfast was beyond any expectations and over the entire stay was extremely good. The staff is friendly, very polite and efficient - I had a nice experience when I was communicating with them.
