The apartment is well equipped, has a terrace with beach view. Kitchen utensils were new and clean. The staff did their outmost to help and make us comfortable. Breakfast on the beach terrasse is stunning and the selection of fruit, oats, coffee good. The beach and location is very family friendly and we felt welcome. Might be an issue if you dont like dogs and cats being around as it is also pet-friendly.

Hotel Pearl is actually a family operated B&B. It makes it even more cozy and the atmosphere is more relaxed than in a big hotel. It's localized 10 minutes walking distance from the Opera House. There are restaurants and a supermarket near by. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. There is AC in rooms. The owner was very friendly and helpful. There was no problem with arranging earlier breakfast since we had a morning flight back home. We liked the terrace with the harbour view. The breakfast was also good. I really do recommend this place to stay in Odessa.

I never saw such nice and helpfull stuff on recrption.Girl who was working 24h and didnt sleep , woke up 2.00 am specially to call safe taxi for me and even when i found out i don' t have enough cash for it she give it to me from her own pocket. Everything was just perfect in this hotel!

I was second time in this hotel, and I love its location close to the sea and overall comfort. Despite Covid-19 lockdown, the stay was good. Restaurant served breakfasts, and you can order meals from lobby bar to be delivered to your room. Additional advantage is that there is Le Silpo premium supermarket (5 minutes walk), where you can order delicious food from the restaurant to take away.

The staff felt like friends, they were so personable and kind, I could count on them for anything! Not merely because they worked there, they seemed to be just good people who genuinely cared and went above and beyond out of their way to make things easier for me. And the rooms were amazing, I stayed in 3 different variants and it felt like staying in a luxury resort spa, just the absolute best (the cheapest room would easily be $300-400 in a city like New York, I could not believe the beauty and quality!) It's right next to the sea, tons of shops and food. It's a very upscale and modern area. I extended my stay in odessa by 2 weeks just to stay here at this wonderful place! When i switched rooms it was never an issue either, they let me transition seamlessly, they even helped me with my heavy bags when I had too much to carry! Absolutely the vacation I needed, I feel so nourished and ready to return to my daily life after this. You would be very fortunate to get to stay here.

Ocean view ! You are always guaranteed 10% discount at a shalanda restaurant. And bed was toooo cozy and comfortable. Although staffs don't speak english, they've made much efforts to talk to their guests by google translator. I liked it.
