The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, by far the best customer service. The hotel itself is beautiful, it’s our second time here and we would never stay anywhere else when we come to Miami now. The GM, Mr Ueno, also went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and welcomed. The suites are beautiful and the location of the hotel itself is the perfect. Right on Collins avenue near all shops and restaurants. We got checked as soon as we arrived which is also great as we were exhausted from our flight. Overall the best hotel I’ve ever been to.

My husband and I loved everything. We came to relax, booked several treatments at the spa, did some swimming, walking... Service is excellent, 5 star! The bed, sheets, pillows...very soft, we slept very well. Grounds are well maintained. We needed the break from work and we got it. Food was great too. I have nothing to complain about. The Miami Intl airport si close by. It could be good (if you need to fly) or bad as the planes start landing above the resort. We did not mind. They do not fly over night and when you close the balcony you hear nothing. We will be back!
